Main Characteristics
W11SNC series upper roller universal plate coiling machine is a new type of hydraulic three-roller coiling machine , which adopts the foreign advanced technology,combines with the actual domestic producing practice.It needs low investment,also doesn’t need auxiliary equipment.
This equipment is widely used in petrochemical,boiler,shipbuilding,metal structure and machinery manufacturing industries.
1,This type machine adopt Numerical Control upper roller. Upper roller can move vertically and horizontally. The produce efficient is very high. The two lower rollers were fixxed, so the steel plate can not be moved as the upper roller, which makes feed the plate in and operate easily. All these ensure the safety.
2,Pre-bending the ends accuracy: Possible to freely set the length of a straight edge, At a certain pressure, The upper roll press, implementation of high-precision end pre-bending.
3,Pre-bending is completed through upper roller horizontal movement,which makes the upper roller and the lower one to be positioned symmetrically. The upper roller shape is drum. Cylinder coiling is completer by the two lower rollers run by reductor motor.
4,Curved shape has more type: O-shaped, U-shaped, multi-stage R-shaped etc .
5,The equipment using integrated chassis, without foot spiral. It is convenient that change the workplace

Main structure
The main parts consist of upper roller device, Upper roller horizontal moving device, Lower roller device, Supporting roller device, Main drive device, Overturned device, Hydraulic system.
1 , Upper roller device: main oil cylinder,upper roller ,bearing stand and bearing
Two main oil cylinders may press the upper roller up and down. The highest position of the upper roller may be tested by the limited switch.
The pressure for the rolling plate is provided by the workinng of non-rod chamber.The main oil cylinder piston rod is connected with the upper roller bearing stand.
The oil cylinder and piston rod are made of HRC45 forged steel.The inner surface of cylinder is polished and piston rod is plated with Cr.The Yx seal ring is imported from japan.
The hardness processing of the upper roller is divided into two steps:Fiestly thermal refining,HB260-300;then surface carburization processing ,HRC45-50.The safety factor :3
2,Upper roller horizontal moving device:
The upper roller is drum-shaped designed.The power of the horizontal moving device is provided by the motor.Through the transmission of worm wheel,worm,ball bearing screw,and steel wire nut,the horizontal movement is completed,and the unsymmetrical rolling is realized.The movement position is shown by the digital displayer.The digital displayer indicates the movement position.
3,Lower roller device:
The low roller device includes:2 lower rollers,lower roller bearing stand ,low roller input gears and lower roller sliding bearing etc.
The hardness processing of the lower roller is divided into two steps:Fiestly thermal refining,HB260-300;then surface carburization processing ,HRC45-50.
The lower roller is drived by main driving output gears,lower roller input gears,and open driving lower roller torque.
4,Supporting roller device:
The devices of supporting rollers consist of support roller, bearing stand and wedges etc.
The supporting roller can be adjusted up and down. Up and down adjustment is according to the specification of material to be rolled. The hardness processing of the supporting roller is fiestly thermal refining,HB190-220.The supporting roller is total four pieces.The supporting roller may adjust up and down. If you find the cylinder coil gap at large, roller needs to rise.
5,Main drive device
Main drive device consists of motor,hardened reducer,Hydraulic brake etc.The motor can be rotated clockwise and counter clockwise to provide the power for plate coiling
6,Overturned device
The overturned device is operated by a hydraulic cylinder.The overturned upper roller bearing stand runs according to link rod,make the bearing stand turn over or close.The cylinder may be remove.
7,Hydraulic system
The hydraulicc system consists of gear oil pump,group valve and pipeline,etc
The pressure valves are from Taiwan series modular valves.The pipeline lays simply,and maintains convenientli.The sustem consists weih pressure adjusting circuit,synchronizing circuit and speed circuit.The pressure adjusting circuit can zdjust system working pressure through the main overflow valve.Through the adjustmennt of shunt valve to the synchronizing circuit,the rough diversion and synchronizing of the upper roller is realized.The upwards and downwards speed is adjusted by throttle.
Main functions
Upper roller up/down,Overturn device down,fixxed device down,up roller forward/back,down roller forward/reverse
When we want to move the cylinder out,we will lift the up roller in the highest place,and then let the overturn device down to the horizontal .You may move the cylinder out.
